The most interesting game of round 17 was a derby match between two teams from Holland. Eighth rankedZZ Leiden edged host Rotterdam (1-15) 75-73 . ZZ Leiden outrebounded Rotterdam 43-28 including 28 on the defensive glass. ZZ Leiden looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists.
